Hello! My name is Ashley, and I am a singer, actor, and dancer living in Atlanta, Georgia. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance from Southern Wesleyan University in 2017.
I teach, but I also still study myself! My belief is that a good teacher never stops learning. I study opera with Dr. Amber James who is professor at Southern Wesleyan University and Musical Theater and Jazz with Dr. Maryanne Kyle who teaches at University of Mobile.
Some of my favorite musical theater have been: Maria in "The Sound of Music," Sally Brown in "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown," and a Lead Singer in "Smokey Joe's Cafe."
I started dancing when I was 15 years old at a small local studio in South Georgia. It quickly became a passion, and I rose to the advanced classes within a year. Since then I have studied at Foothills Dance Conservatory while in college, Russian Ballet Orlando immediately following college, and now at Dance 101 in Atlanta. I study private ballet and pointe lessons with Adriana Duarte Pontual who was a soloist dancer at the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). I have participated in The Nutcracker numerous times with every studio.
I study acting at The Professional Actor's Studio in Atlanta, Georgia with Jeff Cole.
