Yoga with Ashley F.

My name is Ashley, I am RYT-200 graduate from Kindness Yoga in Denver and I have been practicing yoga for 8 years. I have always had a passion for movement and have a history of gymnastics. My yoga journey has been more of a jog rather than a sprint. When I first found yoga, it wasn't something that I was overly excited about. A couple years later, I moved to Hawaii and came back to the practice. Little did I know, the practice would become something so life-changing. Moving back to Colorado, only increased my interest in yoga and accelerated me to pursue teacher training. What I fell in love with was the components of yoga that allowed me to look at myself introspectively, it wasn't until later that I experienced the powerful intersection between introspection and the physical practice. I am most familiar with the style of vinyasa and I have had the amazing opportunity to teach adults with developmental disabilities as well as friends, family, and colleagues.
