Ashley is the best! She was so encouraging and enthusiastic in our first alto saxophone lesson! With no prior knowledge of woodwinds, I was playing tunes by the end of an hour. She was so friendly and helpful as she taught me how to assemble and care for the instrument, and gently reminded me to correct my posture and keep my fingers on the keys. If you're looking for a sax teacher at any level, I can't recommend Ashley highly enough!

Ashley was positive and encouraging in my first lesson. She took the time to review all parts of the instrument, how to hold it, clean it, etc., and answered all my questions. She had me adjust in different ways to make sound to get me to the right starting place. I'm looking forward to lots more learning!

Great teacher and skillful. Great tips for today's lessons.
Thank you

Our first lesson was great. Ashley quickly got where I was and what I needed and we were off to a great start. She gave me tips on how to seat and breathe correctly, how to place my mouth and fingers on the keys to get a better sound, and we started practicing a few notes. Within a couple of days she sent me detailed notes on what we had gone through in the first lesson and gave me some exercises for practicing. Great experience all around for a beginner like me and I look forward to keep learning from her!

Nice, patient, and welcoming teacher. Goes out of the way for students, while working a busy schedule.

Great teacher, well organized, and high energy

Ashley is patient, intelligent, highly adaptive and passionate. Excellent teacher and excellent lessons. I could not recommend her enough!

Very professional and polite just minor networking issues really enjoyed my first lesson.

Very patient, down to earth and cool, too. Looking forward to continuing the lessons with Ashley.

Best instructor ever.

My five lessons with Ashley was fruitful and productive. She takes time out to come up with a lesson plan. She also emails me a summary of the lesson after every lecture. With Ashley’s help I was able to improve my embouchure and expand on my ability to read and write music. I highly recommend you give her a try.

Really great teacher, helped me out a lot

Ashley is a patient, entusiastic, and professional teacher. I was incredibly pleased with the caliber and price of my lessons. I would highly recommend this instructor to anyone who is looking to learn saxophone.
