Hi, My name is Asher Brown. I hold a dual degree in songwriting and guitar performance from the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. I have been teaching lessons since 2012, and performing professionally since 2014 on the East Coast and in the Midwest. I am formally trained in acoustic guitar, fingerstyle guitar, songwriting, and music theory, and ready to share with you what I know! In addition to working full-time as a musician, I work part-time as a crisis counselor in the state of Iowa, and have extensive training and experience in working with people of all backgrounds.
