Sew Fun Studios

Teaching elementary to middle school aged children how to sew and create basic fashion accessories and garments on Brother home sewing machines. Implementing provided patterns where students learn to cut fabric and assemble projects. Encouraging students in a fun atmosphere through guided instruction.

Imagine That! and Future Tech

Instructed and guided elementary to middle school aged children how to sew or make beautiful art during 5-day summer camps. Sewing students learned about upcycled fashion, mood boards and hand sewing techniques. Students enrolled in the art program discovered the various mediums to create art and famous artists such as Chihuly. Ended each week of successful lessons with a mini fashion show or gallery display of artwork.

Neon Fleur

Taking client ideas from sketch to 3D prototype through initial consultation, concept and product development. Actively suggesting ways to improve client product through testing and efficient techniques. Client base includes Native Bear, The VuStyle and Le Bilboquet Atlanta. Providing invoices and maintaining a database of clientele.

Art in the Dairy

Assisted glass artist with daily tasks such as customer follow-ups via phone or e-mail, package customer pieces, unload/reload kiln, paint kiln shelves and molds. Operated sandblaster and glass saw. Occasional class teachings and assist students with personal creations. Updated contact list via Google mail.
