Hello everyone, My name is Mrs. Johnson or Mrs. A. I’ve been teaching Math and Music for over 6 years. Some may say that’s not a lot of time teaching compared to my fellow colleagues on here, but I say, you gain more experience with time, which is why I’m here. I want to be able to expand my teaching experience, while simultaneously growing your student. I’ve ran a tutoring and enrichment learning center for 2 years and have been a classroom teacher for over 4 years (Elementary, Middle and High). My teaching style is flexible and adaptable, ensuring that I meet my students where they are and work with them upwards, not backwards. I know how frustrating that can be. I believe repetition and practice are key components to retention. Individualized and adaptable lessons to students’ learning styles are what makes my lessons unique. I like building relationships with my students and praising them along their journey. I’m a Mother, so I have high standards for my students because I know the potential each child holds, and I’m here to help unlock and unload that potential, one lesson at a time! 😃 Let’s Learn!
