Hi! I'm Arlene! I'm 38 years young, married to a wonderful God fearing man, and the mother to an amazing and very smart 11 year old prince! I absolutely love my family, my life and what I do! I would love to teach you all about how I create beauty! I have been into beauty since the tender age of 13! I started working out of my parent's kitchen doing hair and makeup at that age! It all came natural just by watching my mom do her hair and makeup all the time! So I followed in her footsteps and turned it into a business! At 13 I created my own flyers, price list, and schedule! By the time I graduated as a senior from high school I had accumulated lots of clients because my talent sold itself and I had accrued 1000 hours in Cosmetology because it was offered in HS! I started working in a salon at 16 under an apprenticeship as a shampoo tech and learning the ins and outs of a salon and booth rental, after a few years of that I got very good at my craft and that's when the big bucks started to roll in and I got really serious about my growing business! I went to cosmetology school after graduating high school and finished getting my 500 hours I needed to obtain my license, well, I took the exam and passed the 1st time!! I was so happy!! Simply because I loved making others feel even more beautiful than what they already are! With my skills and professional talent I've won 1st place in my very 1st hair show and $1000(Milky Way Hair Show), I've been featured in 3 beauty magazines with 2 models that made the cover, I opened a small salon, working alone, which nearly brought in 6 figures in a year from my timely private appointments and expertise, and I've also done work for a movie on set! I absolutely love what I do and how my talent speaks for itself! I'm excited to teach you what I know that can help you enhance your beauty day to day!! Well what are you waiting for?
