Music Theory with Arjun N.

I am a drummer with more than 16 years of experience playing with a variety of bands of different genres played over the country. My main genre being rock and progressive music. Presently I am a composer for Film and Video Game. I am a graduate of Berklee College of Music, Boston for Film and Video Game Scoring. I have scored for short films, ads, and video games. Presently working on more film and game-related content but are under NDA. So, why choose me as your teacher? I believe there is a huge difference in being good at a particular art form and being a good teacher of that particular art form. As a teacher for more than 7 years, I helped students get out of a rut and improve over time. It's simple, I figure out where you are faltering and correct it. Sometimes it's hard to see the problem when you are self-taught or not properly guided. For beginners its more of an approach, taking every student to be unique I make sure they have a good time and they learned something new and cool. Sure I have a course designed but it is catered to what you as a student want. There are specific methods I use to help students in different scenarios to improve on confidence, theory, and being able to achieve your vision. I teach both drumkit and music theory and production. Both are separate courses but are intertwined. This means if you are learning drums there will be production aspects to it if you wish to learn. Music theory will be taught along with production so that you can be amazed by your music theory skills!. Music production will be based on certain music theory aspects. Of course, all the courses have their individual lessons and weight but intertwining them you get a broader scope of the music industry. All that being said, I do require one thing from the student. No, no, other than your money(haha). Your passion or interest in music! That's all I need, if you give me that, I will do all I can to help you in achieving your musical dreams.
