I graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles in 2009, where I professionally trained as a singer, actor and dancer. Musical theater is my love, but I enjoy all music and have been teaching for 6 years. My teaching style is 100% goal based. Tell me what you want to see happen with your voice, and I will map out a course to get you there. No one voice is alike, so "cookie cutter" lessons only work for a few. With a heavy focus on technique and performance, I love mixing it up and finding new exercises that are as unique as my students are. I teach all levels of vocalist, even those self proclaimed as "tone-deaf." Everyone can sing, some just have to work harder than others. I do extensive ear training for the less naturally inclined. I also teach the basics of reading music and theory, for those interested in vocal sight-reading.
