(With regards to the ages taught, it is more a matter of experience so much as chronological age.) I'm glad you've decided to take voice lessons. It's a decision impossible to regret. You find your Self and learn to sing fully at the same time! And a whole lot more. When I'm not voice teaching, I'm a certified sound healer. Healing people physically, emotionally, spiritually and energetically all with various sounds and instruments. It sounds perhaps sort of out there, but it's really not. But we start lessons just where you are and talk about where you want to go and the best way we can get there. :)

I love working with Aria! She is an excellent teacher. She worked with me on classical repertoire in Italian, German, French and English. Sbe helped me prepare for performances, scholarship competitions, program auditions, and my college auditions. She is knowledgable, patient, understanding and always willing to find time to help. She's great!

Dr Thome is an excellent teacher. She not only loves music, but understands it. She is quite talented at sharing that knowledge with her students, helping them to grow musically. She is great with scheduling--accommodating extra lessons as necessary and able. Her work with my daughter is stellar. Aria helped her prepare for multiple auditions, performances and her conservatory auditions. I highly recommend her.

Aria is a joy, a light, and an overall wonderful human being. She is knowledgeable and makes singing a wonderful experience. She helped me prepare for my St. Louis Muny audition and I could tell that my technique and overall confidence improved. I was very pleased with my audition (that’s big for someone who is very self-critical). I also had the pleasure of learning various choral arrangements and catholic hymns and performed them with Aria as my accompanist for weddings. It was a wonderful experience.

I do hope we get to study together. I do not want my degrees to go to waste. I sing, and teach singing, simply because I love doing so. I love to learn. And singing is a bottomless rabbit hole never find your way out but enjoy every moment along the way kind of activity: For both the student and the teacher. Never. Never does one regret singing lessons. You cannot be unhappy and singing at the same time. Or at least feel protected. It's sacred, profane, secular, meaningless, profound, and any other word... it's that too. So shall we sing together?
