Working with me will be an active experience.

I can help you work through problems in your homework assignments. I will guide you through each homework problem, prompting you what step comes next or when you have made a mistake.

I can clarify concepts that you have already been exposed to in class. I can help you gain a better understanding of key concepts and how to apply those concepts. I can provide you with additional examples and practice problems.

I have been tutoring calculus students for the past 25 years or so. I have been also teaching calculus for the past few years.

My name is Archie and I LOVE math (math is FUN!)! I have loved math since I was in second grade. I loved math so much that in my senior year in high school, I took AP Calculus AB and AP Calculus BC at the same time, and then majored in math in college, and went on to grad school to learn as much math as I could!

Archie is very knowledgeable and most importantly, very patient. He tutored my daughter middle and high school math. He was also very instrumental in getting my daughter prepared for SATs. He's awesome! I highly recommend him.
