I've been a musician for as long as I can remember. I started giving lessons on trombone ten years ago, and have been dedicated to Music Education ever since. I have studied music theory extensively and I believe that it is essential to being a good performer. I studied music education and psychology and I am in pursuit of a Master's degree in Music Therapy. I'd love to answer your questions, if you would like to know more. *** Lesson Details *** Each lesson will include different warm-ups and etudes, as well as selections meant to broaden your repertoire and enhance techniques. I enjoy discovering my students' musical interests and working on pieces they want to learn. *** Travel Equipment *** I have an abundance of literature that I can lend out to my students. I expect them to have their instruments and any other materials I find necessary for the students. *** Specialties *** I am most experienced with solo trombone performance, but can teach any brass instrument. I also have experience teaching beginner guitar and musical notation. I am competent in both jazz and classical and can teach songwriting in any genre.
