April has a background in classical and musical theatre with over 26 years of music experience and 16+ years of teaching experience. She studied vocal performance at MCC, played classical violin for 14 years, viola for 2, cello for 1, piano for 16, and studied voice for 26 years. She has also composed music for small indie films, in addition to releasing several CD’s of her own music. Not only is April a passionate and dedicated instructor/musician but she is also very patient, which when learning anything new is so crucial.
