IV BB Martial Arts (taekwondo/hapkido) Reiki therapist Yoga therapist Personal wellness coach Personal trainer _____________________________________ Ever since I was a kid I remember feeling inadequate and strange around people... school time was a bad experience for me, constantly been bullied, I had a hard time fitting in, so I’m insulates myself and stop trying to fix my surroundings, martial arts came early in my life, but I wasn’t discipline enough to finish training... after a few trial and tribulations in my life I decide to go back and finish what I had started. I had developed within the arts and try and training w the best in the business.. explore the cultures along the way, and collect plenty gold medals while in competition... but the best part of it, it’s in the person that I had become... I’m eternally grateful for the journey I took, and honor and privilege to have the ability to share it with everyone around the way.

Baruk provides a more focused and comfortable experience. I look forward to my sessions with him, and do not have to worry about the things I dislike about visiting the gym.

Baruk won't just get you stronger physically... but he'll also help you develop mental and emotional strength as well. Mind, body, and spirit... Baruk has lot's of knowledge and wisdom to share. He isn't someone with a brief training in certification... Baruk has extensive life experience in Yoga, Boxing, Martial Arts, and more. He hasn't just been around the block... but the world! I love learning different combinations and seeing my reflexes get stronger. Baruk continues to push me past my mental limits... and what a rush of dopamine that hits when I go against the negative chatter of "Give up" in my mind! His training has given me a stronger foundation of self-love and strength for the adversity in life. If you're looking for a tough workout that makes you smile for getting through it at the end... a place where you will gain emotional and mental strength... and connect with the parts of yourself that aren't your thoughts but something truer and real... Baruk is the trainer for you! Plus, the scenery is beautiful with amazing wildlife - birds of alllll kinds - around. Its a magical experience and workout. With the workout concluding with aromatherapy and focusing inwards... breathing... meditating... being. In a world with so much noise, training with Baruk is my reset and reminder to stay present and have compassion for not just my journey, but others as well. 10/10 experience and the best training I've received. You won't find this training at a gym like Crunch or La Fitness.
