Broadway Singing with Christopher Y.

Hello! My name is Chris and I'll be your new Voice Teacher Currently I'm pursuing an Associates Degree in Vocal Performance and Computer Science from Cerritos College. I've also taken private voice lessons for several years in pop, classical, and musical theatre singing styles, and just want to be able to share the gift of singly freely with everyone. I've sung in musicals, choirs, and bands. Lessons will consist of warm-ups to loosen your voice up, technique teaching (which we will use in a song), and exercises to do at home that will build your voice up. I believe in giving my students a good foundation that we can build off of instead of just giving tips and telling my students to "breathe". My goal as a voice teacher is to ingrain good, healthy singing into your muscle memory so that you sing amazingly without even having to think about it. I'm really excited to get to work with you and I hope to get to know you better in our lessons.
