Since its founding in 1984 with a special grant from the U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC), the United States Amateur Boxing Foundation has been a major contributing force in amateur boxing; providing almost $1.7 million dollars in direct support to numerous programs for young men and women boxers throughout the United States. The United States Amateur Boxing Foundation is the only organization that exists solely to raise funds to support and advance the sport.    We provide funding directly to the athletes, as well as to the organizations that support them at all levels – local, state and national programs.

Students can expect to learn balance, head movement, and defense, correct punching, lateral movement, and counter punching techniques. I'll take an assessment of where you are and go from there. Remember, I've worked with children and adults who have never boxed before to experience ammeters and pros. If you fall anywhere in between there I can work with you. You'll leave with things to do at home in between sessions.

I absolutely love being a boxing trainer. I've worked with amateurs (as in helped them put on gloves for the very first time) to amateurs who fight regularly. I take all skill levels and can promise you that if you give me 100% you'll definitely learn a lot and have fun while doing it.
