About Anthony C.
My name is Anthony Campolo and I've been teaching music in various forms since 2009. I have a Bachelor of Music degree from CSU Stanislaus with an emphasis in Instrumental Music Education.
Since 2009 I have taught music at uCamps, a performance art summer camp that specializes in teaching music through the Modern Band, a new style of music education that emphasizes teaching students to perform the music they know and love in contemporary styles. The Modern Band instruments include (but is not limited to): guitar, bass, drums, piano, voice and technology.
I am also well versed in classical and jazz instruction. While playing Upright Bass at Stanislaus I received a balanced education in classical string instruments and the jazz rhythm section. My wide ranging experience gives me the ability to work with students with diverse backgrounds and goals. I will work with you to design a personalized lesson plan for the instrument you want to learn and the music you want to learn to play.
