    About Anthony A.

My name's Anthony and I'm a percussionist, composer, and educator. I've been a music educator since 2013, and have taught privately as well as in public schools. I'm experienced in marching percussion, classical percussion, contemporary/new music, electro-acoustic sounds, and improvisation. I spent a few years in Buffalo accompanying dance classes from ballet to modern while working towards a Masters Degree. I compose, direct, and perform in the chamber ensemble, "Worms and Marbles." I've made my living as a freelance performer, educator, touring musician, and composer. I absolutely love getting students on their way to making a living playing music. (Yes it is VERY possible!) [Additional info: I have experience as a multi-instrumentalist.I play guitar, piano, bass, and sing. However, I am not at the professional level in playing those instruments, but I have had to use those skills in my endeavors. My pedagogy skill set allows me to teach them and get you on your way.]
