The best thing for being sad," replied Merlin, beginning to puff and blow, "is to learn something. That's the only thing that never fails. You may grow old and trembling in your anatomies, you may lie awake at night listening to the disorder of your veins, you may miss your only love, you may see the world about you devastated by evil lunatics, or know your honour trampled in the sewers of baser minds. There is only one thing for it then to learn. Learn why the world wags and what wags it. That is the only thing which the mind can never exhaust, never alienate, never be tortured by, never fear or distrust, and never dream of regretting. Learning is the only thing for you. Look what a lot of things there are to learn.

She is very patient with my daughter. My daughter has been consistently improving after 5 lessons.
I like to study with Ms. Anna T. She's easy to understand and follow.
Anna is an excellent and very patient teacher. I am an adult student that has zero experience in music but in the last few weeks I’ve learned how to read music and actually how to use my violin all thanks to Anna.
Anna is skilled at both her art and her instruction. Right away she helped fix my posture, which has been a problem since I started violin four years ago. She is patient when I have difficulty sight-reading, play out of tune, and even when she knows I haven't practiced enough. Anna is also super punctual yet flexible with rescheduling. I really recommend Anna whether you are a dedicated musician or just want to keep a little music in your life.Show More
I am an older adult learner, just starting to learn violin with no musical background. Anna had good practical suggestions and regimented learning plan that should yield results. We used Skype for the on-line lesson and it was convenient enough and personal enough. I am in the desert South of Abu Dhabi, so violin teachers are hard to find and teachers of Anna's caliber are impossible to find.Show More
Excellent temperament. Off to a great start.
It has been a wonderful experience taking lessons with Anna. Learning to play the violin later in life can be a challenge for both teacher and student. Anna is a talented professional whose love for the violin blends seamlessly with her teaching style. She is a fantastic teacher who has taught me more about music and the violin than I ever expected.Show More
I do not have ear for music nor have any prior knowledge on music. I was very skeptical so I was not really committed to it. But Anna understood my limitation and motivated me to see music in different way and now I love it. I have been taking classes with her now more than six months and hands down best Violin teacher. She is very patient, motivating, funny and most of all very talented and knows how to make music stick for non-musical people like me.
Thank you so much for introducing me to violin in a right way that now I like to play for playing.
Really Nice experience to learn with Anna!
Looking forward to the next lesson. Anna is a great teacher!!
Anna is such an amazing teacher. I am a beginner/intermediate violin player and she is so patient with me. She is very supportive even though I'm an old lady just trying to sound like a really good violin player one day.
I really appreciate her.
We are very happy with Anna and her teaching style. She is patient and thoughtful. She made the first lesson very enjoyable.
Great first lesson. My daughter felt very comfortable and is looking forward to the next lesson.
Anna is great and the girl likes her!
My daughter has had three lessons so far, and I can already see an improvement in her . She is always looking forward to her next class!
We had a great first lesson! My daughter is looking forward to many more lessons with Anna.
Anna had a great start with my daughter. She taught her already many most valuable details to improve her technique. We are looking forward to the next lesson
My first lesson was great. We reviewed my bowing, fingering technique and covered the different primary strokes. Anna was very upbeat and patient with my scratchy attempts! I look forward to developing a solid base of good technique and building upon it with further instruction.Show More
Anna is one of the best teacher's I've had. She was very professional and I liked the material that she taught as well as the amount of time she took to make sure I understood everything.
Fantastic instructor. Very patient.
Very thorough and very patient:)
Very patient, great teacher! I am so privileged to have her teach me to advance in my skills! Highly recommended!
She's really good teacher with kind and friendly attitude.
Anna is a very knowledgeable, talented, and patient teacher. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
Anna is serious, patient and fun. All in perfect balance. I can't imagine a better teacher.
Anna is an exceptional teacher. I wish I had a teacher like her when I was young, learning to play violin. Now I'm a senior and trying to relearn what I have forgotten in the last 50 years. Anna is very patient, she has an incredible knowledge of music and violin. The best violin teacher one can have.Show More
So far so good. My granddaughter (6) is not the most cooperative child but Anna is wonderful at keeping her engaged. I could not have found anyone better.
Anna is an awesome instructor for my 12 year old daughter who is a beginner. Each lesson my daughter learns something new and progresses on the violin. Anna does a great job of teaching the basic techniques and not letting my daughter develop bad habits. Anna gives clear feedback: she praises what was done well and corrects what needs improvement. Anna encourages my daughter to excellence while making the lessons fun. My daughter loves violin lessons with Anna and looks forward to each lesson.Show More
Anna is an outstanding teacher who really understands how to get through to a student! She places a lot of emphasis on physical aspects of violin technique such as relaxation, that often go unaddressed by most teachers, leading to future problems.
The most striking thing about Anna's pedagogical style is that she is truly passionate about bringing the music to life. She constantly emphasizes the emotional interpretation of the music, however simple the piece may be, and ensures that the student projects the right tonal quality and color to bring out these interpretations.
Working with her has been a great experience, and I always eagerly look forward to the next lesson!
Learned a lot in the first lesson.
As a beginner and first meeting she is very professional and a good teacher and learned so much.
Intro to Violin
It is a delight to have Miss Anna to be Airin's teacher. Her passion in violin is encompassing. An inspiration!
Miss Anna's teaching style is encompassing. She showed Airin the fundamentals of playing the instrument at a level that a 12-year old is inspired to play. She also showed many components needed to get involved in learning how to play the instrument - very informative.
I look forward to Airin's next lesson. Thank you, Miss Anna.
