Interested in learning how to belly dance? I specialize in American Tribal Fusion belly dancing, Middle Eastern, and contemporary style of dance. I will tailor each lesson to your goals. Would you like to learn a new style of dance? Perfect, I will focus on teaching you not just the appropriate movements, but also give you important information to understand the art form. Is your main goal to tone your body and burn calories? I will focus our lessons on fun workouts that can range from easy to challenging depending on how your body is feeling that day. While I can offer a playlist full of traditional songs or my personal favorites, you can always let me know what type of music you enjoy the most and I will make sure our lessons are set to your favorite genre for maximum enjoyment.

I am a belly dancer based out of Lubbock, TX. I love to dance tribal fusion belly dance, but I also specialize in American tribal style, cabaret, and traditional. I started as a student for Twilight of the Phoenix, a Wichita Falls, TX based troupe. Now I teach one on one lessons, group lessons, and occasionaly compete at Middle Eastern dance conventions. I started dancing at age 14 and it was love at first shimmy! I have performed at major city festivals such as Falls Fest and Christmas Magic and constantly look for more opportunities to perform.

Anna made exercise so freakin fun! I hate working out because it feels so boring. She turned it into more than a workout. She made it into games when I lost my focus and really helped me have fun while getting toned. Thanks girl!

I had Anna as a teacher years ago and would definitely take her class again! She was attentive to not just my needs, but the needs of all the students in the classroom. She was thorough with the material as well. I had trouble with Shimmies and she broke them down step by step! I felt like her music playlist was enclusive of many genres so it was enjoyable for everyone. It was a enjoyable experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an instructor! Great knowledge, amazing teacher, and such a beautiful personality!!

I wanted to take belly dancing lessons for awhile but was too nervous to actually attend a class full of people. Anna worked with me to one on one so I could still learn what I would in a classroom. I found her methods to be helpful and fun! She really broke everything down step by step and didn't go to fast for me.
