Music Performance with Anita T.

My name is Anita Tiemeyer and I am a private woodwinds instructor living in Indianapolis, Indiana. I teach flute, oboe, bassoon, clarinet, and saxophone. I have over 34 years of experience and have taught in area schools such as in Pike, Wayne, Brownsburg, and Washington (Avon) townships. have taught beginners all the way through high school and beyond. The top focus in the lessons is making sure that the student is getting top grades in band class. I have a reputation having students get gold ratings in district and state Solo and Ensemble contests. Also, my students consistently sit in the top chairs of the top bands, many times as freshmen and sophomores. Many of them participate in All-Region and All-State bands, and some have gone on to winning music scholarships in the colleges of their choice. I am detailed-oriented and have high standards. The students who study with me and stay in the lessons play well.
