I've been cooking for over 20 years since as long as I can remember I would sit in the kitchen and watch my mom and grandma prepare a heartfelt meal. My grandma is from down south where Southern Home Cooking AKA Soul Food is the food of choice! This food just warms your soul and is the ultimate way to show your love. Soul Food traditionally consists of some not so healthy food options. I dont advise clients to book me for this food group if they are worried about eating healthy.
