I am a professional life coach, friend, confidant, mom, and comedian (not really but I want to be). I believe that life is best lived in context of JOY and I have plenty of it! My life story is unique and what I share about my life and life experiences are always age appropriate and relatable to my students. I am number 6 of 14 children born to my parents. I was a phenomenal athlete and continued my athletic career at Baylor University where I majored in Business and Religion. I went on to get my Masters at Truett Theological and utilize my degrees every opportunity I get. I am a single mom and business owner, and published author. My students range in age; I work with children and adults, males and females. Many parents hire me to help their child(ren) gain confidence and discover self worth at an early age. I work alongside parents in accomplishing increased levels of confidence, performance, and self awareness. For adults, I help in a like manner but also help them to discover their narrative, find healing and wholeness, as well as acquiring confidence with a positive self image. Majority of my life work has been geared toward women but the men who hire me find great comfort in opening up to share their life story with me It is your unique story that makes you uniquely you. I want to explore who that is in a curriculum crafted to meet your unique needs. I have a published workbook for women. The workbooks for men, teenagers, and athletes are in the works. As a professional life coach, I travel for speaking engagements, conferences, and retreats. I make sure to communicate my traveling schedule in a timely manner. I love to mentor students who want to become effective, dynamic individuals. My personal passion is health and wholeness for individuals helps us to build stronger families that create a better community which positively affect our city, state, nation, and world. I firmly believe that acquiring healthy body image and life skills at an early age help us to better contributors to our communities whether large or small.
