I have a passion for life, good health, and expressing my joy and hopefulness through music. I enjoy helping others become their best version of themselves. I have been a singing since childhood, taking lessons from many wonderful teachers who have provided me with a powerful tool kit of knowledge and techniques to enable me to help you find your voice of strength and power. I believe in well-rounded health and have found yoga, with the combined focus on breath, body, and mind, to be a foundation for feeling and being my best.
