Guitar with Andrew W.

Hi, my name is Andrew. I'm a professional guitarist, bassist, and recording artist located in Virginia. I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2013 with a B.A. in Music Performance and Technology. I have over 10 years of experience teaching and enjoy working with students of all ability levels. Students can expect to work on a variety of exercises and techniques, mixed with song learning and music theory. I've found that this well-rounded approach helps students learn faster and gain more mastery over their instrument. Additionally, this foundation of general music knowledge aids students to learn additional instruments and jam with other musicians in various settings. Some of my favorite genres to listen to, teach and play include: rock, classical, blues, southern rock, funk and reggae.
