Award-winning Actor & Educator from the U.K with over a decade of classical training and ongoing professional experience. While actively filming as leading roles on film and television (see trailers below), Andrew continues to conduct masterclasses, workshops and private coaching for actors of all levels.

Whether you're needing an audition coach, wanting to build confidence and learn the basics, learn screen-play text analysis or seek industry guidance, I will provide a customized syllabus that helps you track progress and achieve your goals. I am genuinely passionate about sharing the same experience and training that allows me to work as a full time actor with my students. My approach is friendly and detailed with the priority of creating a safe, encouraging and structured learning environment to help achieve your goals.

We always begin with a free consultation to assess experience level and what you hope to achieve. More importantly, this gives you a chance to decide whether I’m the right choice for you. I will then create a personalized syllabus that allows you to track your goals and trust in your progress.

What ill say first and foremost about Andrew is his insane passion for the craft. He has a fantastic ability to dig further into a character and most importantly know WHICH questions to ask that will help you make new discoveries along the way. An intelligent teacher and performer who not only has a deep understanding of textwork but also embraces and encourages spontaneity and instinct and genuinely gets excited at the prospect of a new path discovered for a character. All this and i havent even gotten into his insane ability to help his students master classical work and make it accessible, fresh, and completely unique. Working with him is just pure fun. Something that I believe can be forgotten in the work. Your passion will be reignited if its been dimmed and if not youll fall in love all over again with our craft working with Andrew. Highly recommend. Its ridiculously fun.

Andrew’s a great teacher because he knows how to be the person that is a great actor? Does that make sense? Part of being a great actor is believing that you can be a great actor and Andrew has been INSTRUMENTAL in teaching me that. He’s also super knowledgeable, passionate, considerate and kind. You’ll be safe and happy with Andrew Richardson, and not to mention challenged!

Andrew was instrumental in helping my son with his confidence and presentation in drama. Due to Covid classes were online but always punctual, encouraging and positive. Andrew is clearly very knowledgeable but he is also intuitive and caring. Great teacher!

Working with Andrew helped give me the confidence to join an improv group and pursue my interests in acting! I had always been too nervous to try but working one-on-one with a coach was exactly what I needed to get me ready for the stage. He was so professional, creative and patient. Can’t wait for future lessons.

I needed some guidance for a play, the role was challenging and complex and I grappled with the characters underlying philosophies. Plus she was a lot older than I actually am!!! Andrew was incredibly patient and insightful. He gave me some exercises to try and get ‘in tune’ with the role and clarified all my anxieties.....wonderful experience. I’d recommend him highly and will certainly be back.

As a successful working actor, he knows exactly what casting directors or working on which projects, what they are looking for, and more importantly how to get into the audition rooms.

His experience at Carnegie Mellon is unparalleled; he clearly knows how to strategically approach the text and then apply it to both on-camera work and stage work.

Lastly, he is currently filming and working on major projects; he is wonderful at sharing his experiences and talking through his own current learning experiences.

Andrew really took the time to figure out my personal skill sets and goals! He is incredibly knowledgable about whats going on in the current industry and gave me current audition sides to work on. He is equipped with top of the line camera equipment with which we filmed the prepared sides; he worked the scenes and edited the final result so now I have a reel.
