Vocal Training with Andrew M.

Andrew MacNaughton is an actor originally from Martintown Ontario, Canada. He began performing at an early age and participated in the Seaway Valley Theatre Company and The Glen Productions in Cornwall. Growing up, Andrew trained extensively as a singer with Helen McAlear grades 1-8 Voice with the Royal Conservatory of Music, as well as taking Irish Dancing with the Couperous Academy of Irish Dance (CAID). Upon graduation from High School, he moved to Oakville, Ontario, to attend the prestigious Bachelor of Musical Theatre program at Sheridan College and then furthered his studies and completed his Masters in Musical Theatre Performance at the renowned Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Soon after graduating, Andrew moved to Chicago, Illinois after being granted an 01-B Visa to work as an actor in the United States (Individual with Extraordinary Ability or Achievement in the Arts). He has been fortunate enough to work at distinguished theatres such as Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, Drury Lane Theatre Oakbrook, and Theatre at the Centre. I've had over 8 years of experience teaching people of all ages in Canada and here in the United States, I have become an expert at being punctual and having patience towards each person's way of learning. I have developed different strategies and problem solving in the event of a conflict, and to always have a positive outlook on a situation while encouraging the students to reach and achieve their goals.
