I have also sung various opera and musical theatre roles, both in Sacramento and LA. Recent roles include: Elviro in Handel's Serse (CSU: Northridge), Don Octave in P.D.Q. Bach's The Stoned Guest with Independent Opera, and Beadle Bamford in Sweeney Todd.
My teaching style is empathetic--my goal is to help you express your creativity and expand your musicianship and technique. I am very flexible with scheduling and encouraging of my students' succes-- no matter their level.

My experience with Andrew was great ! He was awaiting to receive us.
He is very patient and good with children.
I have played the piano in my younger years, and not playing it for a long time made me forget on how to read music sheets. It actually made me forget how awesome and fun it is to play the piano. And after a while, I decided I needed to get back on track. So, I checked out the list of instructors close to my home, and I found Andy. And yes, I made the right decision! HE IS THE BEST!!! I was so happy having him to teach and help me read music sheets and to play the piano again. He is funny and awesome! He makes it fun and easy for me to understand the lesson! He gives you pointers and he knows how to boost my self-esteem! I love the claps! <clap clap clap>. I cannot wait to do a gazillion more lessons with him! If you want to learn and have fun learning the piano, he is the one for you! Cheers to Andy! :)Show More
