Choreography with Andrew H.

Andrew Huang has been dancing for more than 7 years. The passion for dancing began in high school where he fell in love with breakdancing and hip hop. Eventually, he branched off toward a different genre of dance. In San Jose State University (SJSU), where he obtained the BFA in Interior Design, he discovered Latin dancing, mainly salsa. And from then on, throughout his academic career, he had joined the SJSU Ballroom Dancesport team, and the SJSU Spartan Mambo. And, in the last two years in SJSU, he became the Ballroom Director for the student organization on campus. Andrew's lesson is catered to help students to develop rhythm. His style of teaching not only include assisting students to develop mechanical skills, but also to coordinate the steps in according to the music and the beat. To do so, he incorporate drills and exercises in his lessons to build proper muscle memory. The outcome of his lessons allows student to dance confidently on the dance floor at a dance party.
