Thanks for your interest in violin lessons! To help you decide on a teacher, I thought I'd tell you a little bit about myself so you can get a feel for my experience and studies with violin.
My name is Andrea, I'm 25, I've been playing violin for 16 years and teaching privately for 7 years. I graduated from Southeast Missouri State University May of 2016 with a Bachelor of Music degree in Violin Performance, and I just moved to St. Louis in November 2016. I am currently looking to build up my private studio as a full time job, therefore I have quite the flexibility in schedule. I teach each student as an individual and try to cater to their musical needs as such - because we are all unique in our own ways, and the same process doesn't work for every one. I love to teach private violin lessons because not only am I teaching my students but teaching myself new things in the process!
