Living an active lifestyle all my life, yoga was the first activity that provided me the tools to explore growth in both my physical and mental health. From years of a personal home practice and extensive training, I have explored and found passion in teaching Yoga to all fitness levels. I believe yoga is accessible to everyone willing to show up on their mat. My experience of teaching lays within Hatha style such as Vinyasa yoga, Gentle, or Restorative. Yoga can meet you in your work space, home space or head space and I enjoy helping others find where it is they wish to meet their yoga practice.
