Andra received her early training in Pedagogy and Performance from the Bloomer Conservatory in Dallas under the tutelage of Dr. Ione Summer Bloomer. After studying at Texas Tech and raising her two sons with her husband, she owned, taught and served as artistic director at Clear Lake Camerata. At her studio she taught piano with an emphasis on non-stress, fun-filled, multidiscipline performance, to students age 3 to 95. Andra taught grades K-6 at St Mary's School in League City and was Music Liturgist and choral director at St Mary's Church. She directed the Children's Christmas Choirs at St Bernadette Catholic Church and served as a principal pianist there through 2002, where she was honored to play for an exhibition of the relics of St Therese and Bishop Joseph Fiorenza. Andra is a past member of BAMTA, NMTA, TMTA and National Association of Pastoral Musicians. She holds Virtus, Children First certification from the Galveston Houston Archdiocese. In 2019 she became a faculty member of the Jet-Pac, a performing arts school in Houston.
