Wow! What an absolute delight. I haven’t sung on stage in 20 years and Ana Maria was even more helpful than I could have imagined. She understands the importance of breathing, technique, and relaxation and how they all contribute heavily to performance.
We started with our first lesson getting some great warmups and then running some pieces to review tricky areas.
She is an incredibly gifted singer and pianist and recognized the music immediately. For someone looking to work on musical theater pieces, you will instantly feel you’re in professional and comfortable care with her.
I have four more lessons paid for and scheduled but I will likely be adding more for any other shows I do. Great instructor who not only knows her stuff but is able to relate it expertly to her students.
Highly, highly recommend hiring her. You won’t regret it!
