Singing with Amy J.

Hello! My name is Amy Jackson and I am so excited to meet you. I've loved music since day 1, so much that I chose to major in it! I recently graduated from Capital University in May of 2018 with a Bachelors in Music Education, and I currently teach elementary school music and choir in Springfield, OH. Throughout my career, I've performed classical voice and opera. Additionally, I've always had a sincere interest in musical theatre, and have played roles like The Witch in "Into the Woods," Aunt Eller in "Oklahoma,"and "Mme. Thenardier" in Les Miserables. I currently am a cantor at Our Lady of Peace church in Clintonville. I am so passionate about helping others find their voice and I fervently believe everyone can sing. In my studio, students of all ability levels are welcome to engage in vocalises, multiple genres of music, and singing games that will challenge students while meeting them where they're at. I'd love the opportunity to work with you at my voice studio in Pickerington, or at your home.
