It's simpler than it seems, I'm here to help you master AP Bio

I've been through it all, from high school bio to defending my dissertation. Now I want to help you survive! I can help with any biology subject, with specialities in biomedical neuroscience (PhD), anatomy & physiology, vertebrate anatomy, medical subjects, micro, cell bio, and gen bio. Nobody learns the same way, even though we are all often expected to fit into certain molds. I strive to be flexible and learn the needs of every student, finding ways to communicate on your level. No judgement here. I am familiar with the needs associated with neurodiversity (being ND myself), so anyone struggling in a neurotypical academia is more than welcome, or anyone at all who is looking for a new perspective. Let's work together and find a way tht works for you.

    About Amy I.

I graduated with a PhD in neuroscience, and I have plenty of experience teaching a wide variety of biology courses at a college and premed level. I did research on circadian rhythm and animal behavior, and I've worked with genetics and microbiology in the lab and in the classroom. I covered anatomy and physiology for years, covering dissections all the way from lampreys to human cadavers. I'm happy to help in any area of need, as I've survived it! Elementary, high school, undergrad, GRE, or grad school, I've been there. I know it isn't easy, and sometimes you just need another perspective to see it through. I have plenty of experience learning to adapt, as being neurodiverse makes it all uniquely challenging. I hope I can help you make it through. I approach sessions with flexibility and adaptability. Do you need help working your way through the brain, micro, anatomy, or any of those tricky steps from general bio to the GRE? I'm here to help. I'll even help you out on the way to defending that dissertation. I'm open to any age range, from elementary to grad student. I believe in tailoring to need, as everyone doesn't learn the same way. I am also familiar with the needs of neurodiverse students, and this experience helps me know how to adapt to a variety of learning strategies. Feel free to contact me, we can schedule for online lessons almost anytime that works. I even do late nights! Just let me know how I can help, and I will do all I can to make things easier for you.
