About Amber F.

Do you want to expand your signing skills from a CODA (Child Of Deaf Adult) and educator? ASL being my first language and English a second language, I’ve signed to my mother, father, brothers and others in the deaf community by nature. I’m currently learning to sign music in ASL which has been a no great experience. As a lifelong learner, I hope to inspire and share this experience with you! I have a background in Reading/ElAR elementary 7years completing in depth reading inventories to promote reading development.
With the obstacles in language communication with people who have special needs, I also offer Family support that is individually personalized, to meet the needs of child or relative. This includes older adults experiencing hearing loss, parents of deaf children, or individuals with special needs that maybe be able to better communicate in ASL vs English. I’m the voice behind the signs.

Amber covered a lot of ground in 30 minutes but was very clear in her explanations. I also felt very comfortable, which is so important!

Amber is fantastic with kids as well as kind and patient. She is a native speaker of ASL and can answer any question you have about it. Unfortunately for the last few months she's missed about every third class without even an apology. For the last two weeks she's completely no showed to lessons and is no longer responding to email.
