I am a life long history lover and overall history nerd. I fell in love with history when I was 10 years old and learned about the Attack on Pearl Harbor in my fourth-grade history class. From that day one, I was hooked on learning all about the past and unlocking the secrets it holds.
I received my Bachelor's degree in history in December 2016 and I am currently pursuing a Masters degree. I have only a little actual paid teaching experience but I have been a tutor in both High School and College. I have the passion and knowledge to teach a variety of historical subjects, as well as assist with academic tests, research papers, and annotated bibliographies.

Amber helped me in my British empire History course. She helped me learn the names and locations of all countries under the first and second British Empire. She also helped me write and organize a few class writing assignments. She was a big help in me passing the class.

Amber is an outstanding instructor, and I would have to say without her help I would not have been able to pass my U.S. History courses. She was very helpful when explaining certain time periods, giving examples to remembering important names in history, and also helped when preparing for mid-term reports needing to be submitted. Whilst writing certain reports Amber also helped finding certain sources to use in my papers, and easily helped me with citing certain points in my paper. Truly recommend to other individuals who are seeking help with History!

Amber helped me to pass my college U.S. History course. She was able to explain the subject in a way that was easy to understand, and without overwhelming me with dates and names. She also helped me with my research paper, by helping me chose a topic that interested me, finding resources, and with making sure my citations were correct. If it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't have passed the class.
