English (ESL) with Amanda S.

I am a native English speaker who loves to travel, learn about other cultures and be social. I have a bachelor's degree in secondary education with a specialty in the Spanish language. When I first started, I taught Spanish in a middle school. After a few years, I moved to Panama where I started to teach English. This was a much better fit for me! When I returned to the United States, I got my professional English as a Second Language (ESL) teaching license and have been teaching English ever since. One of my favorite things is meeting people from all over the world and my job has allowed me to do just that. I started teaching adults in Panama, worked at an Intensive English Program in Denver, Colorado where I taught high school students and adults from all over the world, and lately have been teaching young kids from China online. I also just recently started my own online teaching company. I have taught all age levels, all skill levels and all topics. My specialty is helping improve spoken English fluency. I also specialize in building vocabulary and improving grammar accuracy. Most of my experience has been teaching these topics.
