I currently dance with the Paul Taylor 2 Dance Company and on faculty teaching at the Paul Taylor School. While maintaining a professional dance career in New York City, I have been passionate about teaching dance for the past 9 years. I have taught Master Classes and Intensive Workshops in the Paul Taylor style throughout the nation, as well as teaching Vaganova Ballet at the Joffrey Ballet School. I have taught in numerous public schools through teaching residencies with Rioult Dance Company and Education In Dance. I believe these experiences have taught me how to assess individuals quickly and provide clear feedback in a positive and supportive way. My teaching style is energetic, and focused on the personal experience each dancer is having, while giving direct and clear feedback. My goal is to help students reach their artistic potential in their dancing by helping to combine technique with lyricism, rhythmic dynamics and emotive qualities. Private lessons can be catered toward each individual. Either for an upcoming audition, feedback on solo or ensemble choreography, to help personalize technical corrections and to help push technique to a higher level, or for non dancers to help understand movement and feel comfortable in a beginning class.

Rioult Dance is a modern dance company in New York City. I toured with the company auditioning children to perform with the Rioult Dance company in a piece entitled "Small Steps, Tiny Revolutions". My responsibility was to chose each dancer through an audition process, teach choreography, and prepare the dancers to be on stage with a professional company.
