Sitka Fine Arts Camp

Sitka Fine Arts Camp is dedicated to enriching the lives of Alaskan students. I teach three camps - elementary, middle and high school - during the summers. My position involves teaching a flute technique class and coaching chamber ensembles of mixed ensembles.

Sarasota Opera Orchestra

Tenure-track position with the Sarasota Opera Company. Perform 4-5 operas a season, which runs from late January to late March.

Strake Jesuit Preparatory School

Coach flute sectionals focusing on cleaning music and flute technique development.

Da Camera of Houston

A two year fellowship program for emerging professional instrumentalists, singers and composers. The program is designed to achieve two goals: 1) Provide career-expanding experiences and training to the next generation of artists, encouraging them to create music for the community throughout their careers, and 2) Offer young students and neglected audiences exposure to great music and talented performers, using music as a vehicle for scholastic exploration and inspiration. The program includes various chamber music collaborations and performances, workshops and school visits. Performance venues include The Wortham Center; The Menil Collection; the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and in schools.

The British International School

Elementary General Music Teacher through the Juilliard-Nord Anglia Performing Arts Program, a multifaceted collaboration launched in 2015 to create an innovative arts education curriculum for students. Design and deliver lesson plans for kindergarten, second and third grade, with a creative and interactive approach to music education. Private woodwind (flute, clarinet and saxophone) tutor for middle and high school-aged students, ranging from beginner to intermediate.

Houston Grand Opera, Houston Ballet, Florida Grand Opera, San Antonio, Louisiana Philharmonic, Fort Worth and New World Symphonies

Regular substitute flute and piccolo in regular concert seasons.

Vivaldi Music Academy

Private flue instructor. Taught high school aged students ranging from beginning to advanced.

Cook Middle School

Private flute instructor, maintaing studio of students, grades sixth (beginning) through eighth. Students have placed in Texas Region Band auditions.

The mission of the Sitka Fine Arts Camp, is to build community in Alaska by providing opportunities in arts, culture and recreation in an inclusive, educational and inspirational environment.

The Sarasota Opera is an internationally respected producer of the highest quality professional opera.
