Yoga and meditation have been in my life for ten years. After training and being certified with a Yoga Alliance school, I started teaching six years ago. I love teaching beginners and using therapeutic modifications to safely engage with injuries.
Yoga is a practice that can offer many gifts. The movements and other practices, like mindful breathing and guided meditation, bring stress-relieving benefits, no matter what practice level or time commitment.
