Alicia is an accomplished dramatic soprano and an innovative teacher of singing with a proven track record of success.
Alicia received her Bachelor's of Music in Vocal Performance, summa cum laude and with University Honors, from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia and received her Master's of Music in Vocal Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.
She also attended the Alexander Technique School of New England and graduated from the American Center for the Alexander Technique in 2000.
Alicia has written extensively on vocal technique, how singers can benefit from the Alexander Technique and a healthy psychological approach for singers. Her array of popular articles have helped thousands of singers across the world. She is currently working on a book of advice for singers.
