Yoga

I aim to work and collaborate with each individual to create the best and the most unique mind-body experience for the student to help them achieve the ultimate version of his or her self. I value the balance between mental and muscular and expresse a deep devotion to a vinyasa style practice.  At the end of the day, I provide a safe and sacred practice for every yogi.

As a way of healing a chronic condition, Alice turned to yoga about ten years ago at the young age of 12. To Alice, yoga has always been about healing: physically, mentally, and emotionally. About one year ago, Alice decided to take her yoga journey farther and become a 200HR RYT through YogaSix, a national yoga corporation. Since then, Alice has gained a lot of teaching experience in a variety of different settings. Alice is currently attending The Ohio State University and is studying Human Nutrition.  Besides going to school and teaching yoga, Alice also enjoys hiking, camping, working out, reading, travelling, and playing with her dog, Eva.
