I have taught Yoga at Sun and Moon Yoga and Danicing Mind Yoga among other studios and gyms. I am also a Certified level 1 Animal Flow instructor and I teach Parkour to young kids. Currently I do yoga, mobility and body weight training to support my love of Aerial Arts.
I lam excited to share sequences and programs that my students will really enjoy doing . I believe that we are more likely to find consistency in our practice if we are doing movements that we enjoy and that bring just the right amount of challenge.
Our bodies are different every day depending on what is going on with us and how we feel energetically. Sometimes we need a more mellow and relaxing practice, sometimes we need to focus on joint mobility or we need the dynamic movements of a Vinyasa Flow . Other times are good just to explore fun new poses or to challenge ourselves.
Yoga is a great cardio-vascular exercise and also helps to cultivate tranquility, brings us methods to deal with stress and promotes a harmonious nervous system. We can’t expect to attain flexibility and stability if our body and mind are istressed. It is my hope that Yoga will become that peaceful part of the day that everyone needs.
