Alex holds a Bachelor in Music Education/Performance Certification from the Pennsylvania State University. Here, she had the privilege of working on various studies including choir/conducting with 2-time Grammy Award Winner, Christopher Kiver as well as vocal pedagogy with the former National President of NATS(National Association of Teachers of Singing), Norman Spivey and Bel Canto/Can Belto founder, Mary Saunders-Barton. After receiving her degree, Alex ventured out to Wooster, Ohio to perform professionally the with Ohio Light Opera in their summer repertory season, being featured in Gershwin's Oh, Kay! She then returned to Livingston to fulfill a leave replacement for Choir and General Music at Heritage Middle School. While continuing to pursue her career in musical theatre, Alex teaches voice and acting to spread her passion of music and the arts! She believes that there is music and art in everyone and strives to help her students discover where it comes from.

Alex is a talented and incredibly well-trained singer who also possesses the ability to relate to student of all ages and communicate well with all levels of singers. A perfect choice for voice students of all ages and degrees of training and experience.
