With a degree in Voice studies from the Los Angeles College of Music, and 15 years of coaching, I am able to give my students the understanding of the voice as an instrument and the importance of practicing to acquire the skills that are required to maintain longevity as a singer. During the lesson the student will also learn to interpret and perform songs in any style they choose to work on. *** Travel Equipment *** i can provide the keyboard when giving singing lessons. *** Specialties *** The method that I use is called "Freedom of natural voice production". It's a method that teaches the student to get rid of all the tension, bad habits, beliefs that stand in the way of the tone. This freedom allows the tone to come freely from our diaphragm, through the cords up to the head. In this method we use the air as a second element, that vibrates the vocal cords and resonates them in the head. I have taught Jazz, Latin, R&B styles.
