My name is Alexandra and I have been playing the violin for about 14 years. I have taken part in many competitions and orchestras including ILMEA District orchestra, ILMEA State Orchestra, Classical Symphony Orchestra, Protege Philharmonic Orchestra, All-state Orchestra (Chicago), Paderewski Symphony Orchestra, DePaul Concert Orchestra, Lane Tech Sinfonietta and much more. I have had experience with chamber music and have played with my quintet in the Chicago Symphony Orchestra building. I do many events as a soloist. I have performed as far as Sydney, Australia at the Sydney Opera House or Lancut, Poland at the International Music Festival. I specialize in classical music, but I also teach jazz, pop, folk or other genres of music. I am currently studying Music Performance on the violin at DePaul's School of Music and performing with my quartet around Chicago or as a soloist. I have learned a lot from my past professors and want to share that knowledge with my current students. Any other information about me can be asked upon request. Thank you.
