Very encouraging, customized lesson. Sandra was really well prepared and came with resources and lesson options that met my learning needs.

Sandra has all of the best qualities that one could seek in a language instructor. She is highly enthusiastic, very encouraging, patient and dedicated. She is fluent in both languages and each lesson is like having a conversation with a friend. Sandra's approach combines a lesson plan with the spontaneity to focus on areas where improvement is needed, as they come up. I am an intermediate level student, wanting to emphasize conversation over grammar and reading, and she adapted the lessons to fit my preference. I highly recommend her.

Sandra is a fantastic instructor. Her enthusiasm is contagious and motivating. I found myself working hard to be a better student because she knew more of what I was capable of than I did. Her approach to teaching is crafted to pique your curiosity and get your energy up, rather than walking you through memorization by rote to pass a test (a method that doesn't work for me). Having had several instructors over the years and traveled broadly through Spain, I can also say she has the firmest grasp of Spanish grammar I've ever encountered. That's key for someone like myself who needs to know how the engine under the hood works, not just how fast it gets from point A to point B. Highly recommended!
