24+ years of experience. Classically trained. Performance experience includes orchestra, rock, industrial, electronic, hip-hop, and jazz. I will teach how to read and write music notation. Beginners will start with snare drum method - reading/writing music, stick control, basic rudiments, etc. Intermediate (or fast learners) can have drum set instruction. Student should provide examples of music they enjoy, and I will tailor lessons to develop that style of performance. Can also provide advice/training on music recording/engineering. I have been in multiple bands and/or have worked in music recording studios in Washington DC, New Orleans, and New York City. I am new to Miami. I do not speak Spanish (sorry, I am still learning).
