Hi and thanks for reading!
My name is Alex. I graduated from the University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!) and I currently reside in Boston, Massachusetts. I've taught for two years in a public high school setting to a wide variety of students. I have been told that I am a very comfortable person to be around and a natural teacher. I like to guide and help people in whatever ways that I can. I am excited about the prospect of working with you and tailoring my teaching style to you!
I still practice Spanish on a daily basis by listening to new songs and talking with Spanish-speaking friends. Chances are, if you are looking for my help then I was once just like you. I also had a hard time learning languages, but then one day, it all clicked for me! I started to love learning languages and it almost became natural for me. Sometimes you just need someone to help guide in that direction. Hopefully I can help you realize your potential in language acquisition!
Señor La was hands down my favorite and best Spanish teacher. He always made learning fun and he never let anyone go with being in a bad mood. He cared loads about his students and he made sure he knew that.
Señor la makes learning Spanish super easy and fun! His projects was very creative , i always found myself excited to do them . Señor was very nice and explained everything really well. He's got a good sense of humor too!
He explains things in a fun way, but you stay on track. He's also not super stern, so it's comfortable learning from him.
My personal experience with my former teacher Sr.La been a great instructor throughout the year. Personally the best Spanish teacher I have known. It was sad to see him go but I'm glad he went on to make more experiences in life. He will be missed and appreciated for his hard work he had done. He always found new ways to help us students learn and grow in different ways a teacher could do. He definitely made a future for us as students!+ Read More
Señor La was a great Spanish teacher during my freshman year! His methods made learning Spanish a lot more hands on than just copying down words and translations. The units we did for Spanish 1 were reasonably easy but also cheapening at the same time, however, I feel like we didn't do quite enough review over old units after we finished them, so it was really easy to forget some of the things we learned. My favorite part of his class was being able to also learn about Spanish culture, and learning new vocabulary from the different traditions and holidays we learned about. Señor La also had a great sense of humour, and interacted well with us students, and I felt like he got to know us pretty well over the course of a school year. Overall, Senior La is a very competent Spanish teacher. I feel like after more years of experience, he'll find more ways to help students remember more vocabulary for longer periods of time.+ Read More
Very creative and instructional when it comes to projects and assignments. He has a very friendly and likeable aura. He makes learning simple, and fun with the activities he comes up with.
